Rainfall during the past 7 days has been hit or miss from thunderstorms and generally ranged from 0.25” to 0.50” across most of the state. The Town of Middlefield Public Works has scheduled the following roads for chip seal this year. Cider Mill Road Strickland Road Stowe Street Wallace way Whisper Wind Road Woodland Heights Harvest Wood Road King Road The chip seal process is scheduled for August 8th – 12th. Please refrain from parking on the roadway as this will hamper the process and the vehicle will have to be towed.
