At its February 22, 2022 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:
1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 30’ front yard setback variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow for the construction of new front doorways and deck in the front of the house at 127 Main Street consistent with the application presented. Applicant/Owner: Brian Angelico.
