The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT, on the following application:

Property Location: 96 Cedar Street, Tax Assessor’s Map #5, Lot #127
Proposed Activity: Request for a 12 foot front yard setback variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow for the enlargement of the front stoop.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building for public inspection.
