Legal Notice: Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals

The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  in the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT, on the following application:

 

Applicant/Owner:       Brian Angelico

Property Location:      127 Main Street, Tax Assessor’s Map #9, Lot #93-2

Proposed Activity:      Request for a 30’ front yard setback variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow for the construction of new front doorways and deck with stairway attached to the front of the house.

 

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received.  A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building for public inspection.
