The Regional District 13 Board of Education understands that access to a quality public education is not just a constitutional requirement, but is also a moral imperative to ensure that all individuals have an opportunity to fully develop their talents, moral imagination and essential humanity. Accordingly, all students in the towns of Durham and Middlefield are entitled to a quality educational experience that prepares them to be lifelong learners. Three year term.
