Market Analysis and Design Study
The Middlefield Planning Department is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from teams of professional consulting firms to provide market and conceptual design services based on market demand to help guide future development for specific parcels along the Route 66 Corridor in Middlefield. These parcels are known as: 8 Higby Road, 222 Meriden Road, 228 Meriden Road, Parcel ID: 2/6 Meriden Road, 191 Meriden Road and Route 66, 221 Meriden Road, 1 Jackson Hill Road, 9 Jackson Hill Road, and Parcel ID: 2/27+29 Jackson Hill Road. These parcels are in the DD1 Zoning District. Screen Shot of highlighted areas shown at the end of this RFP.
