Peckham Park Pavilion Rental

The Pavilion at Peckham Park can be rented for private parties, events, and functions. The pavilion has kitchen facilities, picnic tables, and bathrooms. Please follow the steps.

Reservations

The pavilion is available for rent for parties and gatherings of 10 or more people. Before reserving the space you must make sure that it is available on the park and recreation calendar.

If the date is available you must fill out a paper or online form for the park and recreation. View the Pavilion Rental Form website.

Gatherings greater than 75 and special events must be approved by the Park and Recreation Commission. These reservations must be made at least one month prior to the event. Your group, or the person hosting the party must have liability insurance for the event.

Confirmation of Reservation

Once the Park and Recreation Commission has approved your application, you will be contacted to confirm your reservation and make arrangements to open the pavilion. Please allow up to 5 business days for receipt and confirmation of your request.

Rules

• The park closes at dusk.
• No alcohol consumption is allowed.
• Please take all of your trash out with you.
• Personal grills are acceptable but they must be placed in a grassy area AWAY FROM THE PAVILION ‐ THEY CANNOT BE PLACED UNDERNEATH THE PAVILION. 
• Please leave the Pavilion as neat as you found it. 

Rental Fees

Rental of the pavilion is available from dawn until dusk.  Fees will be based on facilities used and residency status.  If approved, your event will be the only one scheduled for that time period.
