Dial-A-Ride/Middletown Transit Authority provides curb-to-curb transportation for the elderly and disabled residents of Middlefield and Rockfall to appointments in Middlefield, Durham, Middletown, Cromwell, Portland, East Hampton and East Haddam. This service can be used for medical appointments, shopping, banking and other places. The fee is $1.50 each way ($3.00 round trip).
Middlefield/Durham Senior and Disabled Bus provides transportation service to senior citizens (60 & older) and disabled residents of both towns to out of appointments and organized therapeutic activities. The Middletown Area Dial-A-Ride coordinates the service. Fee is $1.50 each way ($3.00 round trip)
